San Antonio SSC Softball Information and Registration
2014 FALL SOFTBALL STARTING DATE:
Sunday, October 26th (All games played on Sundays)
Monday, October 27th (All games played on Mondays)
Tuesday, October 28th (All games played on Tuesdays)
Wednesday, October 15th (All games played on Wednesdays)
12:00pm – 9:30pm (Sundays) – Rusty Lyons & Tony Martinez Fields
6:30pm-9:30pm – (Mondays) – The Park Community Church
6:30pm-9:30pm – (Tuesdays) – Mission Concepcion Sports Park
6:30pm-9:30pm – (Wednesdays) – Universal City
Monday, September 1st
Friday, October 10th – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Friday, October 3rd – Universal City Park
**All registrations are processed on a first come, first serve basis – many sports fill up before the stated deadline so it is highly recommended to register before the final day!**
T-SHIRT PICK-UP & HAPPY HOUR:
Friday, October 24th from 7:00pm-8:30pm at The Hangar (8203 Broadway)
TBA – Universal City Park
Each team will play 6 regular season games. Play-offs will start the week after the end of the regular season. The number of teams in each league to make the playoffs varies per season.
Sunday – Rusty Lyons Softball Fields #1 & #2 (click here for directions)
Sunday – Tony “Skipper” Martinez Field (click here for directions)
Monday – The Park Day School (click here for directions)
Tuesday – Mission Concepcion Sports Park (click here for directions)
Wednesday – Universal City Park (click here for directions)
$48 for an individual looking to be placed on a team.
$495 for a team of up to 12 players and $40 for each additional player after 12.
League fee includes all equipment (aside from bats & gloves), umpires, a San Antonio SSC tee shirt for each participant, as well as food & drink specials at our sponsoring bar.

The remaining funds are due at the T-shirt pickup.
Two divisions – social (for players with softball skills) and super social (for players with limited softball skills). 10 players on the field at a time, at least 4 of them must be women. Each team must provide their own bats (ASA certified) & gloves (Click here for full rules)
NOTE FOR INDIVIDUALS:
If you are signing up with a small group of friends and want to be kept on the same team (if you do not have enough to form your own team), there is a line on the registration form for “teammate requests”. Just list all names on that line, and you will be kept together.
