Sand Volleyball Returns to SoccerZone! (Sunday’s)

Social Team of the Week: Sets in the Hot Sand.
They stayed after their game last night to get some practice time in and end up hitting around with Certified Public Assassins for a bit. They are a returning Sunday team and we appreciate their fun yet competitive demeanor!

Game of the Week goes to Kiss My Ace and Safe Sets.

Week One was almost a rain out, but the storm held off and made for a perfect sand volleyball weather last night at Soccer Zone as our Week One 4’s league kicked off. The second game of the night was a nail biter as Safe Sets took on Kiss My Ace. Kiss My Ace had a double header last night and stepped onto the sand warmed up and ready to put a check in the Win column. Safe Sets though proved a difficult opponent as they wouldn’t quite let anything drop. Both teams had a strong serve game and made every effort to return all volleys. The teams pushed through and went on to a third set but the errors caught up to Safe Sets and Kiss My Ace was able to close out their first week with a win.
