Our final week started off with the Aggies down big in first set, but were saved by a number of runs and Balls in Yo Face communication errors. They also had trouble keeping the ball in bounds. Not th sides made lots of mental errors and let balls fall in bounds. Face started on a 3-0 run, but Ags took control. Tied at 21, or could have been anyways game. An exciting third set! Ags started on an 8-1 run and looked to run away with it. But Face countered with a 9-0 run of their own to make it 10-8. The game would tie at 10, then again at 12. Face would score two, and at 14-12, Ags missed the crucial serve to give Face the win.
Talk to the Sand and Serving Cervezas was a match up of two heavy weight teams. Talk to the Sand was able to keep it close for the first set but some errors soon helped open up a lead for Serving Cervezas who took set one. Set two was full of good rally’s but Serving Cervezas was able to capitalize on more of them than Talk to the Sand. These two teams played great and look forward to their next match if their is one!
